What sessions involve
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Focusing-Oriented Therapy.
Sessions are designed to:
Provide strategies for managing stress and emotions
Offer space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgment
Support the development of self-awareness and resilience
Consider ways of improving communication and relationships
Overcome challenges and move towards their desired goals

I have experience working with adults and young people across both non-profit organisations and private practice.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours. I am a fully registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS). Following additional training, I also became a certified Focusing Oriented Therapist and Trainer and a member of the International Focusing Institute (IFI).

Fees
$200 per standard 50 minute session
MEDICARE REBATES with GP referral: $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
