My approach is flexible and tailored your needs and preferences. I offer practical strategies to help you cope better from the start, while reaching deeper to the root cause of your issues to promote lasting change.

I use a range of evidence-based approaches, combining traditional talk therapy with Focusing, a somatic approach that helps you tune into your body to understand yourself more deeply and to promote changes that can be felt at a bodily level.

I have experience working with adults and young people across both non-profit organisations and private practice. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours. I am a fully registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS). Following additional training, I also became a certified Focusing Oriented Therapist and Trainer and a member of the International Focusing Institute (IFI).
